50 Cent faces arraignment on Monday following a domestic violence altercation with his supposed child’s mother. After being accused of kicking the woman and destroying property at her Toluca Lake, California condo on June 23rd, the rapper is now liable to serve up to five years in jail and $46,000 in fines.
Police estimated about $7,100 dollars in damage following the dispute with a woman whom claimed a 3 year relationship and child with Fifty. She says the entertainer caused injury by busting open her bedroom door and kicking her.
However, 50 Cent pleads innocence as his lawyer Scott Leemon released a statement denying any involvement. “Curtis Jackson denies these allegations as made against him,” read the letter. “It is important to note, Mr. Jackson has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest. We have been in contact with the LA City Attorney’s Office and are currently conducting our own investigation into these allegations. Out of respect for the legal process, we will not be commenting any further at this time.”
